• All chrome / metal plated surfaces descaled and polished

• Bath and shower areas descaled and cleaned

• Shower screens descaled and polished

• Waste removed & cleaned (where design allows)

• Limescale removed from toilet bowl where possible (if there is heavy limescale built-up please get in touch, and we can advise what you can do in preparation)

• Toilet and cistern cleaned

• U-bend and area behind toilet cleaned

• Floor brushed and mopped

Kitchen 

• Cabinets interiors, doors & handles cleaned, polished (up to 12 units are included in the quotation)

• Cooker top degreased and wiped clean

• Wall tiles cleaned, degreased and polished

• Worktops cleaned

• Stainless steel appliances cleaned and polished

• Limescale removed from sink & taps

• All chrome / metal plated surfaces polished

• Under sink area & U-bend cleaned

• All kick boards cleaned

• Kitchen utensils, oven trays, crockery, cutlery and glassware are not included, and can be cleaned for an additional fee if required

Oven 

• Interior professionally degreased

• Door glass removed & cleaned (where design allows)

• Filaments carefully degreased (where design allows)

Extractor Hood

• External body degreased, cleaned and polished

• Filters removed degreased and cleaned

Fridge & Freezer

• Shelves & food compartments removed & cleaned

• Internal walls & base cleaned

• Rubber door seal cleaned

• Exterior door & handle cleaned

• Freezer / freezer compartment must be emptied and fully defrosted beforehand

Dishwasher

• Exterior cleaned and polished

• Interior cleaned and polished

• Filter cleaned

Washing machine

• Inside drum cleaned

• Rubber seal cleaned inside & out (mould staining may not be entirely removed)

• Glass door cleaned

• Soap dispenser washed & cleaned

• Exterior washed & cleaned

• Range cooker, please let us know in advance if you have a range cooker and we will quote accordingly, otherwise we will just clean the largest oven it has, and up to 4 hobs without charging an extra fee.

• Small kitchen appliances such as toasters, kettles, microwaves, coffee machines, etc. (standard wipe clean only). This applies to other electrical appliances throughout the house

• Exterior of property

• Washing of painted walls and ceilings

• Upholstery e.g. sofas, chairs, futons, dining room chairs etc

• Cleaning of chandeliers (dusting only with a duster is included)

• Curtains, curtain poles and blinds cleaning (will only be dusted with a duster to remove cobwebs where possible)

• Carpet and rug cleaning

• External window cleaning and cleaning of external areas (exterior cleaning of windows is a complimentary add on should all the windows be on the ground floor and reasonably accessible. Otherwise for safety reasons, we only clean internal windows)

• Larger American Fridge Freezer may incur a supplemental fee

• Patios and garages

• Mould removal from surfaces (we can wipe clean only)

• We do not move / move outside fitted appliances (such as washing machines, driers, dish washers, cookers, fridges and freezers.) in kitchens and utility rooms for health and safety reasons.

• Cleaning fireplaces is not included. Mantlepiece and front part of the hearth will be wiped.

• Washing, drying and ironing of linen

• Rubbish or waste removal

• The surface above the heating elements inside an oven

• Children's toys

• Permanent stains i.e rust, ring marks, paint etc to carpets, upholstery and hard surfaces such as wood, stone, tiles, grouting, metal.

• Secondary glazing

• Deep cleaning of venetian or other types of blinds or window shutters

• Mattress cleaning

• Supplementary rooms e.g. basements, attics, storage rooms, home office, conservatories etc. These can be discussed at booking stage

• Summer house / rooms external to the property

• We do not take cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils out of kitchen cabinets to clean inside and put them back, nor do we wash any of them.

• Cleaning of balconies

• Cleaning of vacuum filters, ironing boards, curtains and other items left in storage cupboards
